Project goals are understood by all team members, and everyone is committed to completing them.

1. Team members are trusted.
2. Members communicate openly and honestly.
3. A sense of belonging and pride in accomplishments are developed.
4. Diversity of opinions and ideas is encouraged.
5. Creativity and risk-taking are encouraged.
6. The team is constantly learning and improving itself.
7. Procedures are developed to diagnose, analyze and solve problems.
8. Participative leadership is practiced.
9. Decisions are supported and made as a team together.
